Improving Health Outcomes Following Traumatic Brain Injury with a System of Services and Supports
The purpose of this study is to expand access to Resource Facilitation, which provides a system of services and support, in order to promote optimal health outcomes and decrease disability associated with TBI. This study will recruit 150 brain injury survivors from Methodist and St. Vincent before they are discharged from the hospital. Participants will be randomized to either receive Resource Facilitation or standard care.
This study is funded by the Administration for Community Living (ACL) in collaboration with Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
