Denise Krch, PhD

Dr. Krch received her PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology from the City University of New York at Queens College. She is a Senior Research Scientist in the Center for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Research at Kessler Foundation, a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and a licensed psychologist.
Dr. Krch has established lines of research developing and evaluating rehabilitation applications using virtual reality (VR) and evaluating treatments for caregivers of TBI survivors. Fluent in Spanish, a particular interest of Dr. Krch’s is conducting work on outcomes in Hispanics after TBI and the efficacy of cognitive rehabilitation interventions across Hispanic cultures.
