Intervention to Change Affect Recognition and Empathy (ICARE)
The purpose of this study is to explore a remotely-delivered treatment designed to improve the ability of individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) to recognize and respond to others' emotions. This treatment will be delivered remotely to participants with TBI and their family member/care-partner.
This study is funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research, Administration for Community Living, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
